Pressly Residential Group is a derivative of Pressly Development Company, which was organized in 1983 to develop income producing real estate in the Piedmont areas of North Carolina. Pressly includes residential communities and commercial neighborhoods specifically multifamily market rate communities, housing credit communities, and mixed-use retail and office developments.
